Babolat Pure Aero 98 2026 Gen9

Babolat Pure Aero 98 2026 Gen9 is built for aggressive players who want total command of the ball. It has the smallest head size, tightest string spacing, and thinnest beam in the Pure Aero family. That precision lets you swing big, hit your targets, and put pace on every shot.

Its controllable power comes with a sub-325 swingweight, so the racquet accelerates easily on groundstrokes and handles quickly at net. On serve, the mix of power and accuracy keeps your opponent off balance.

For 2026, Babolat has reengineered the shaft geometry to reduce wind drag. The result is an even more explosive feel that makes it easier to whip up spin, generate pace, or reset the point with an outstretched flick.

Key technologies:

• NF2 Tech (latest version): Flax fibers placed in strategic locations dampen vibration for a softer, more arm-friendly ride.
• FSI Spin Technology: Babolat's time-tested Woofer system works with strategically placed Spin Grommets to increase dwell time and string movement. You get more spin and a more responsive feel on angled contact.
• Aero shaft geometry: The reengineered shape cuts wind drag for extra racquet-head speed.

The 2026 Pure Aero 98 is an obvious choice for experienced players who want a spin-friendly weapon that rewards full swings with impressive accuracy. The added speed is a welcome bonus.
